Encompass Recreation and The Adirondack Foothills Cycling Club are thrilled to announce a groundbreaking partnership aimed at fostering inclusivity and physical activity within our community. The collaboration will introduce All Kids Bike, a specialized program designed to assist children with different abilities in learning to ride bikes.
